Manage Multiple Computers Remotely Using RDCMan

RDCMan a best way to manage and connect systems remotly.

Have you ever used a computer in your school or university’s computer lab? Or used an electronic check-in system at your workplace? What do the computers in these places have in common? They’re all connected with each other. The integrated system they make is often controlled by one computer that is being operated by the person in charge.

Such a system makes day-to-day work easier and more efficient. How? You can easily compile the check-in data from several devices at once and keep an updated record without the hassle of going through each device or computer individually. In universities and schools, teachers and professors can manipulate all the other computers through their own. This way, they can give their lesson to each student without having to go to each one and explain the same thing over and over again. One such system is the Remote Desktop Connection Manager, or the RDCMan.

RDCMan, developed by Microsoft, is a freeware that allows you to manage multiple remote desktop connections. The software is perfect for managing large server farms, data centers, or server labs where regular access to each machine is essential. You can download RDCMan from the official Microsoft website by visiting www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=44989. Once the page has loaded completely, scroll down and click the “Download” button under the Remote Desktop Connection Manager 2.7. Then, in the pop-up that opens, you can click “Run” to start the installation process immediately. Or “Save” to download the setup files and install it later.

The current version of the software requires one of the following operating systems: Windows 10 Tech Preview , Windows 7, Windows 8, Windows 8.1, Windows Server 2008, Windows Server 2008 R2, Windows Server 2012, Windows Server 2012 R2, Windows Server Tech Preview. In case you are still using Windows XP or Windows Server 2003, you will need to download the Remote Desktop Connection client’s version 6 or higher.
