They’re all connected. The integrated system they make is often controlled by one computer that the person in charge is operating.

RDCMan, developed by Microsoft, is a freeware that allows you to manage multiple remote desktop connections. The software is perfect for managing large server farms, data centers, or server labs where regular access to each machine is essential. You can download RDCMan from the official Microsoft website by visiting www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=44989. Once the page has loaded completely, scroll down and click the “Download” button under the Remote Desktop Connection Manager 2.7. Then, in the pop-up that opens, you can click “Run” to start the installation process immediately. Or “Save” to download the setup files and install them later.
The current version of the software requires one of the following operating systems: Windows 10 Tech Preview, Windows 7, Windows 8, Windows 8.1, Windows Server 2008, Windows Server 2008 R2, Windows Server 2012, Windows Server 2012 R2, Windows Server Tech Preview. In case you are still using Windows XP or Windows Server 2003, you will need to download the Remote Desktop Connection client’s version 6 or higher.
